A lot of people are still waiting to begin something. Learning English is a classic example. Almost everyone does this, and the reason is that we have not looked at the situation squarely.
Here is a small example. People ask me about joining a class but worry that it started too long ago, that they have missed too much material, that they will not keep up. So they hold back and wait for another class, another moment.
Look back a few years later and the actual result is that they never started learning English at all.
That is the real cost. Not the handful of lessons missed, but the several years with nothing to show.
With the right curriculum, any time you start is a good time, though sooner is obviously better. Do not agonise over the perfect path. What you need to do is find out where you currently stand, then begin from exactly there.
Stop putting it off.
